You buy the festival pass yourself from the official ticketer, and we take care of the coach, same-building accommodation and the shuttle timetable. Clear price architecture

What the price covers, and what it never does

Every place is priced per person in UAH. A deposit of 3,000 UAH holds your seat and the balance is due 21 days before departure. See per-person prices.

Included

  • Coach from your city. Kyiv, Lviv, Odesa, Dnipro or Warsaw, in both directions.
  • A crew leader on the same coach. One leader per 40 travellers, active in the group channel 14 days before departure.
  • Bed in a same-building flat. Four travellers of the same gender and age band, minutes from the shuttle stop.
  • Festival transfers. A published shuttle timetable between the accommodation and the gates.
  • Local data setup. SIM or eSIM working before the first shuttle leaves.

Not included

  • Festival passes. You buy them directly from the official ticketer and we show you how.
  • Food, drinks and festival spending.
  • Travel insurance for trips leaving Ukraine.
  • Single-occupancy difference if you prefer a room of your own.
  • Rides outside the timetable. Taxis and private transfers stay your call.

Travelling alone is fine. Solo travellers are placed in a shared group of four of the same gender and age band.

    Every coach leaves with at least one crew leader for each 40 travellers. They ride the same coach as you, stand in the same border queue, and sleep in the same building as the group.

    A published escalation path

    Lost passport, missed shuttle, medical issue: the crew leader logs it in the group channel, the Kyiv duty manager replies within 15 minutes, and the local ground partner is sent out when the situation needs hands on site.
